How can I manage my payment methods?
By clicking on the icon of your account and then on Settings > Payments and invoices
From here you can add/edit or delete your payment methods.
The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, PostePay, American Express)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Satispay
- Scalapay
- SEPA
How to Request an Invoice
If you require an invoice, you must enter your billing information during checkout by selecting the "I need an invoice" checkbox.
Please note the following:
- Your invoice will be sent to you by email within 10 business days.
- Invoices cannot be requested after the purchase if the option was not selected during checkout.
- Invoices are not available for SnowitPass Pay Per Use transactions.
