Ski Passes
It is not possible to modify or change the validity date of a ski pass.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and in your order confirmation email, ski passes cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
If you wish, you can place a new order and purchase a ski pass for the date you intend to use it.
Equipment Rental and Ski Lessons
If you would like to change the date of a ski lesson or equipment rental, you will need to contact the ski school or rental shop directly using the contact details provided in your order confirmation email.
