To use the skipass at all our partner locations, you will need to select a Snowitcard as the loading method. This card ensures compatibility with all ski resorts and proper functionality, as it features a superior and specific chip compatibility standard. It is not possible to load skipasses onto deposit cards from other resorts. If you do not yet have a Snowitcard, here’s how to proceed with collecting it on-site
How does the on-site pick up work?
If you still do not have a Snowitcard, you can purchase the ski pass you want by selecting the "Pick-up on site" mode during purchase. With the pick-up on site mode you can buy your ski pass in advance on our website or on our Snowit App at a cost of € 3,50 and collect the Snowitcard at any of our pick-up points.
On the day you purchased a ski pass, go to our pick-up point to collect your Snowitcard (you will find all the details on the pick-up point, such as the address and opening hours, both in the purchase flow and in the order confirmation email).
Access your order and perform the Check-in procedure, by entering the number of the Snowitcard just collected in your order to activate the Skipass.
Once you have completed the Check-in procedure, go directly to the turnstile with the Snowitcard and enjoy a day on the snow! ⛷
Later you can register your card for your future purchases directly from your profile in the Snowitcard section.
If you prefer, you can buy your Snowitcard in advance, it will come straight to your door!
