The system requires you to upload ID documents when the Snowitcard holder qualifies into the age groups for which reduced rates are available, such as a child or a senior.

It is possible to upload the documents in the card section before placing the order. In this case, they will not be required after the purchase.

Is it also  possible to proceed with the upload of the documents after placing the order, directly from the ORDERS section, by clicking on the appropriate Document key
