If you have lost your Snowitcard and there was no ski pass loaded on it, you can buy directly from here a new Snowitcard, or pick it up at one of our collection points when you purchase a ski pass. Before registering the new Snowitcard, remember to disassociate the lost one from your profile (in Account > Snowitcard);
If you lost your Snowitcard with a ski pass already loaded on it before passing through the turnstile, and if permitted by the ski resort, you may replace it by visiting the section “How can I change the Snowitcard number?”
If you lost your Snowitcard while already on the slopes, or in a ski resort that does not allow card replacement, unfortunately there is no way to change the Snowitcard linked to your ski pass. In this case, you will need to go to the ticket office and contact us.
In case of loss of a card with season pass / subscription
Contact us! You can send an email to help@snowit.ski indicating your Snowitcard number or check here how to contact us.
Customer support will block the subscription to prevent unwanted charges and will provide instructions on how to link your subscription SnowitPass or your seasonal pass to a new Snowitcard.
