If you have lost your Snowitcard and there was no ski pass loaded on it, you can buy directly from here a new Snowitcard, or pick it up at one of our collection points when you purchase a ski pass. Before registering the new Snowitcard, remember to disassociate the lost one from your profile (in Account > Snowitcard);
As specified in the sale conditions , ski passes are not editable or cancelable. We cannot accept requests for replacement or card exchange.
If you have lost the Snowitcard loaded witha a skipass after passing the turnstile or while you are on the track, unfortunately there is no way to recover the loaded ski pass: in this case you will have to purchase a new ski pass.
