In the event of bad weather and the total or partial closure of ski resorts, compensation for purchases made online is not always provided.
If the ski resort has remained open as scheduled (even if only a limited number of slopes are available), no refunds will be issued.
If compensation is provided by the ski resort, Snowit will send you an email with the relevant procedure within 72 hours.
Please monitor your email inbox and provide the requested information, if applicable.
If you do not receive any communication, we regret that no compensation will be provided.
In the event of a closure, it will NOT be possible to use the same Snowitcard at another ski resort for the same validity date.
For more details visit the terms & conditions page.
Equipment Rental and Lessons:
In the event of a ski resort closure, you will receive an email from Snowit with specific information regarding your order within 72 hours of the validity date.
Snowit may provide compensation for the order placed (if allowed by the management policies agreed with the relevant ski school or rental service). In the case of orders covering multiple days beyond the closure date, you will be asked to contact the ski school or rental service directly to reschedule the service to an alternative date.
All relevant contacts and instructions will always be provided by email.
