How to change your payment method
Go to the SnowitPass Subscriptions section of your personal account and follow this path:
Details → Manage subscription → Payment method
From the dedicated menu, you can:
- select a payment method already saved to your account;
- add a new credit or debit card.
The selected payment method will be used for pre-authorisations and charges related to future ski days.
You cannot remove the payment method linked to your SnowitPass while the subscription is still valid.
Which payment methods are accepted?
SnowitPass can be purchased and used with a credit or debit card that supports pre-authorisations and automatic charges.
The following payment methods are not accepted:
- PayPal;
- bank transfer;
- prepaid or rechargeable cards that are not compatible with the service.
Before going skiing, always make sure that the linked card is valid and has sufficient funds available for the pre-authorisation.
How to disable automatic renewal
You can stop automatic renewal at any time from your personal account.
Go to the SnowitPass Subscriptions section and follow these steps:
- find the subscription you want to manage;
- select Details;
- open the Manage subscription section;
- disable Subscription renewal.
When does SnowitPass renew?
SnowitPass automatically renews on October 1st every year at the current list price, using the payment method linked to the subscription.
Automatic renewal is enabled when you purchase SnowitPass, but it can be disabled at any time before the renewal date.
If you purchased SnowitPass through a promotion, the following renewal will be charged at the current list price.
What happens if I disable renewal?
Disabling automatic renewal does not immediately deactivate SnowitPass.
The subscription remains active and can be used until its expiry date. Once it expires, it will not be renewed for the following season and no new payment will be charged.
⚠️ Important
Disabling automatic renewal does not mean cancelling the subscription you have already purchased.
Once SnowitPass has expired, the SnowitCard can be used again according to the options available for the following season.
Can I cancel SnowitPass or request a refund?
No. Once purchased, SnowitPass is non-cancellable, non-replaceable and non-refundable.
This means that you cannot:
- cancel an active subscription;
- receive a refund for the activation fee;
- remove the payment method while the subscription is valid.
However, you can disable automatic renewal to prevent SnowitPass from renewing for the following season.
Can I change the linked SnowitCard?
You cannot independently change the SnowitCard linked to an active SnowitPass subscription.
If your SnowitCard has been lost or damaged, or if you linked the wrong card, please contact Snowit Support before using another card.
Please also remember that a traditional ski pass cannot be loaded onto a SnowitCard linked to SnowitPass at the same time.
