What is SnowitPass?
SnowitPass is a pay-per-use subscription that allows you to ski in all participating ski resorts, paying the best available rate from the SnowitPass pricing tables, based on the time spent on the slopes.
From the SnowitPass section, you can purchase the subscription (€15.00) and link it to a Snowitcard.
If you do not already have a Snowitcard, you can choose to pick it up on-site or have it delivered to your home, paying the indicated shipping costs.
How to activate your SnowitPass?
The subscription must be added exclusively to an empty Snowitcard (it cannot be added to ski cards from other ski resorts, nor to Snowitcards that already have a valid or future-dated ski pass on them).
A Snowitcard can hold either a subscription or a ski pass, but never both.
The subscription is strictly personal, so you must enter the user's details when purchasing and will be added to your Snowitcard.

Payment method: which one should be used?
The subscription can ONLY be purchased with a debit/credit card.
For functional reasons, we recommend using a credit card. Payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or prepaid/rechargeable cards (e.g., Postepay, Carta Flash, Superflash, or Hype) is not allowed.
After purchase, the selected payment method will be linked to the SnowitPass subscription, and all pre-authorizations and charges related to your ski days will be made through it.
How do pre-authorizations and charges work?
When you pass through your first turnstile of the day, a pre-authorization equal to a daily ski pass will be placed on your payment method. It is therefore ESSENTIAL that your payment method has enough funds to cover at least the cost of a daily ski pass (+ €3.50 insurance if enabled).
The pre-authorization amount depends on the ski resort and the user’s age category (adult, senior, youth, child, etc.).
After you pass through a turnstile for the last time that day, your session will be closed and the system will calculate your skiing time (for hourly rates, the system will round it up: e.g., 3h 36min will be counted as 4h).
If you do not ski the following day, the system will apply the best rate available for that ski resort with SnowitPass (SnowitPass pricing tables here), including insurance.
If the final charge is lower than the pre-authorization, the difference will be released after 24-48h.
If you continue skiing on consecutive days, and if multi-day rates are available in that ski resort’s SnowitPass pricing tables, the system will perform a new pre-authorization at the first access of each day (that will be adjusted to the multi-day ticket value).
This continues until your skiing session ends (i.e., after the first day you do not ski), at which point the system will charge the corresponding multi-day rate.
Adult + child free offer
SnowitPass recognizes “adult + child free” offers where available in the pricing tables.
- Both parent and child must have a subscription in their own name, but the same account, and linked to the same payment method.
- Both will receive a pre-authorization (equal to an adult and child daily ski pass). Ensure the payment method has sufficient funds.
- The first access of the day must be done consecutively: parent first, then child.
- The child’s pre-authorization will then be fully refunded, except for the insurance cost.
Always refer ONLY to the SnowitPass pricing tables. Anything not specified (tickets, age categories, seasons, round trips, etc.) will be charged as a standard daily rate.
Ski insurance: how does it work with SnowitPass?
You can choose to include ski insurance in your subscription. Simply activate it with one click from your subscription (maximum of one change per day).
This will result in an additional charge of €3.50 per ski day.
After skiing 10 times with insurance active (i.e., after spending €35 on insurance), you can continue skiing without paying for insurance anymore, as it will become seasonal.
SnowitPass renewal
The subscription renews automatically on a seasonal basis on October 1st each year.
You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time from your account. If canceled, the subscription remains active until expiration and is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and the payment method cannot be removed.
At the time of purchase, automatic renewal is enabled by default. You can disable it at any time from the SnowitPass subscription section by accessing the subscription details and unchecking the “Manage subscription” option.
If you subscribed through a promotion, future renewals will be charged at the standard price of €15.
