If, during the purchase process, you see the error “Payment method not supported for this order,” it means that the product you are trying to buy cannot be paid for with the payment method you are attempting to use.
SnowitPass can only be purchased with a credit or debit card.
Even after purchasing SnowitPass, the payment method linked to your subscription must be a credit or debit card.
How to manage the payment method linked to your SnowitPass subscription:
Go to SnowitPass Subscriptions → Details → Manage subscription
In the “Payment method” section, you can see the payment method currently linked to your SnowitPass subscription.
From the dropdown menu, you can either change it to a card already associated with your Snowit account or add a new one, as long as it is a credit or debit card.
