Why can’t I register a subscription on my Snowitcard?
Please check that there is no standard ski pass currently active on the card for which you’re purchasing the PPU subscription. If there is, you will need to wait until the ski pass expires. If a ski pass is loaded onto a Snowitcard, you won’t be able to enable the SnowitPass subscription on the same card, and vice versa.
Where can I find the names of users associated with each Snowitcard with a PayPerUse subscription?
Remember that the Snowitcard in PayPerUse mode is exclusive, so no additional ski passes can be loaded onto it. Make sure to note which card has the subscription mode activated.
