How to Change the Payment Method Linked to the PayPerUse Subscription
You can change the payment method associated with your SnowitPass rate by following these steps.
Note: If you need to add a new payment method that is not yet registered to your account, follow the steps below. Otherwise, proceed directly to the next section.
- Go to Account > Payments and Invoices
- Add Credit Card
Please note that accepted payment methods include any Visa or Mastercard credit card. Prepaid or debit cards and IBANs are not accepted.
Then, you can set the default payment method in the following section:
- Account > SnowitPass Subscriptions
- Click Edit
- Select the new payment method from the dropdown menu and Save Changes
How to Stop the Automatic Renewal of the PayPerUse Subscription
If you purchased your PPU subscription at a discounted rate, you will continue to pay the discounted rate until you choose to cancel it.
The subscription is non-cancelable, meaning that by deactivating the automatic renewal, no charge will occur at the start of the next season. However, you can continue to use the subscription until it expires, as long as a valid payment method is available.
To stop the automatic renewal, follow these steps:
- Go to Account > PowerPass Subscriptions
- Click Edit
- Select Cancel. This will stop the seasonal automatic renewal of the subscription.
Please note that it will not be possible to load ski passes onto the Snowitcard that had an active PowerPass subscription.
